Borgo San Felice can be found located in the beautiful area of San Felice, in Tuscany. This hotel holds a wealth of history. The grounds contain the history of a former village, with a lot of the charm and character still retained.

Upon arrival, guests are shown around the grounds, to take in the former village school, shops, church, and palazzo. This wonderfully unique experience was a joy to see. It truly is an astounding concept.

“It truly is an astounding concept.”

After our tour, we were efficiently checked in by lovely staff, and shown to our suite. We stayed in a Panoramic Suite, which was simply wonderful - fresh and light, with a separate bedroom, and lounge area. The suite also featured a gorgeous bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

As you may have guessed from the name, our suite boasted the most impressive views over the vineyards of San Felice. It was very romantic indeed.

As well as the grounds, the Borgo San Felice resort features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers; as well as a wine shop complete with wine tours and wine tasting.

The romantic nature of this resort is demonstrated no better than in the church, where wedding ceremonies can occur for those looking to get married in a truly special place.

At Borgo San Felice, guests have the option to dine at either Poggio Rosso - the resort’s fine dining restaurant – or at La Terrazza, which is a more casual affair. Both offer an excellent selection of high quality dishes.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Borgo San Felice - one that we would gladly repeat. We thoroughly recommend this resort as a beautiful, Italian escape, and urge you to add it to your must visit list - you will not be disappointed.
