After going to 2 or 3 of the top Italians in Manchester I was surprised by the quality of this restaurant, located in the Northern Quarter of Manchester, this vibrant looking restaurant was very inviting.

I started off with garlic mushrooms covered in goats cheese and rocket which was full of flavour and bursting with freshness, along with a mozzarella garlic bread which was so enjoyable and cooked to perfection.

Followed by a vegetarian pizza, normally I wouldn't have tomato slices or pieces on top however this time I thought I'd try it, the tomatoes were cut into small pieces and were just cooked lightly so they still had a bite to them, the dough was cooked perfectly everything just tasted perfect, if it wasn't for the Tina Turner music I could of been in Italy.

If you want a great pizza in a great restaurant in Manchester then this is really worth a visit.
