Having a front-row seat to the impressive fresh seafood market display, we couldn't resist the allure of ordering a whole Seabass and a whole Lobster, both of which prepared to our preferences � steamed, in a wok, or grilled. We decided to have ours grilled. The presentation was nothing short of stunning. The dishes arrived on a massive platter masterfully prepared for two, with the seasonal vegetables artfully arranged across the platter. The Seabass and Lobster were cooked to perfection, boasting a smoky char and a tantalising aroma. The tender, flaky flesh of the fish and the succulent lobster meat were a testament to the skill of the chefs.
To complement our sumptuous feast, we consulted the knowledgeable sommelier, who recommended a fine bottle of 2019 Diego Conterno Ferrione Barbera d'Alba Piedmont. The wine was an exquisite match for our seafood choices, with its fruity notes and subtle tannins providing the perfect accompaniment to the flavours of our meal.
