The Arizona Grand Resort and Spa in Phoenix is an impressive 17,000 acre mountain retreat. It’s home to award winning golf courses, there’s a large water park, multiple dining venues including Aunt Chilada's and Rustler’s Rooste, and much more to explore.
We had a suite overlooking the golf course, which is quite the site. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition, and it’s fun to watch the avid golfers out there practicing their swing. Our suite had a warm and inviting décor, with touches of bamboo and wood finishings.
Our suite was aptly titled the ‘Grand Suite’, we had a large living area, the bathroom were also on the large side, and we had separate bedroom and small balcony. The living area was very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and came with all the necessary items. The bed was super comfortable, we were very pleased after having a good night’s sleep.
“The bed was super comfortable.”
We spent some time at the water park, which was recently voted as one of the top 10 water parks in the US by the Travel Channel. It features an eight-storey tower, with three massive water slides, along with a wave pool, and a 25 person hot tub.
The Arizona Grand Resort and Spa provides that special rest and relaxation you need after a long day. If you’re visiting the area, this should be one to consider especially with the kids. There is plenty to keep the whole family entertained, and you can work on your golf handicap on one of the most beautiful courses in the world.
