Positioned perfectly in the heart of Venice, the Luna Hotel Baglioni is within one minute of the famous St Marks Square and facing the San Marco Basin. Part of the renowned Baglioni Hotels Collection, the building is reminiscent of both its Venetian past and present, and provides a magnificent entrance to its guests.

Housed in a Venetian palace, the hotel doesn’t disappoint inside. Impeccable service and attention to detail compliment the incredible décor perfectly. With a warm welcome and a grand entrance, guests are escorted to their rooms while taking in the beauty of the magnificent building.

“With modern extras and personalised service, the hotel and its staff go out of their way to provide each customer with a memorable experience.”

During our visit to the Luna Baglioni Hotel, we stayed in the Venetian Tiziano Suite. Featuring a beautiful and elegant living area as well as a spacious bedroom, the suite has impressive views over the Laguna di Venezia but with the added benefit of being in a hotel that’s not affected by acqua alta.

Each suite in the Luna Hotel Baglioni is individually designed and to represent the Venetian charm of the exterior of the hotel. The handpicked artwork and antiques create a stylish and elegant environment from which to enjoy the beauty of Venice. With modern extras and personalised service, the hotel and its staff go out of their way to provide each customer with a memorable experience.

The suite also includes a marble bathroom with its own plasma television, as well as another plasma television in the living area. The suite provides all added extras that you could possibly require including an iPod docking station, free internet access and free films and television on request.

The hotel also boasts its own restaurant, Canova restaurant, which is the winner of the Fogher d’Oro award. Providing an intimate atmosphere for guests, the restaurant serves high-quality and well-cooked food while surrounding diners with the classic Venetian décor found throughout the hotel.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay the Luna Hotel Baglioni and would happily stay here again.
