Hotel Marignan is a boutique hotel, located on a small quiet street in Paris. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, you have the Grand Palais and Champs Elysees just a short distance away, or you can browse one of the many designer shopping areas. This is ideal for a weekend escape in Paris, along with taking in some of the sightseeing and popular tourist attractions.

The hotel has a grand appearance from the outside. Inside the lobby has a very chic look and feel, along with a trendy bar and restaurant area. There is live music during the week, and it's a great place to relax with a cocktail. There is a strong art presence throughout the hotel, and pieces of art are changed around every few months.

“It’s in a great location for exploring Paris.”

There are a few different types of rooms, and we stayed in a duplex room. There was a living space downstairs, and a bedroom upstairs with a spacious bathroom. The rooms were decorated with modern decor throughout and were well presented. The bed was comfortable, we had a good night’s sleep, and all of the facilities were of a high standard.

The lift is on the small side, something those with claustrophobia might find a little difficult. It slowly transports you to your floor, but does the job. All part of the overall experience of the Marignan. This hotel is a nice find and has some nice features to separate it from the norm.

It’s in a great location for exploring Paris, so it should definitely be a consideration for those on a city break. I would happily stay here again if I am visiting the same area, and I’d recommend it to anyone doing the same.
