    Hackett & Hackett Review

For our most recent arrival at London Heathrow, we opted to use the services of Hackett and Hackett Bespoke Chauffeuring. Hackett and Hackett are a London based executive car company that cater to a range of events and chauffeuring services. They have a gorgeous fleet of luxury cars that includes a Rolls Royce Ghost, Bentley Mulsanne, Jaguar’s, BMW’s, and Mercedes’, so we were interested to experience their services.

After working our way through to arrivals we were greeted by a smartly dressed gentleman with our name on his sign. Our luggage was taken and we were escorted to the Mercedes Benz S Class that was waiting in the car park. The temperature in the back of the Mercedes was set just right to make for a comfortable journey, and the sounds of violins on Classic FM was most welcome sound after a long flight. The car was spotless, and we enjoyed all the luxuries that come as part of the S Class experience.

“We can’t fault the service we experienced with Hackett and Hackett.”

Our driver was polite during the journey and was happy to answer any questions we had, while respecting our privacy and being aware that after a long-haul flight we were not really looking to indulge in conversation. The drive was swift and smooth, we arrived at our destination in good time and again the driver helped with our luggage.

The service delivered by a chauffeur company can really make a difference to your whole travelling experience. There are always two parts to a chauffeuring service, the car and the driver. We were impressed on both fronts, and we can’t fault the service we experienced with Hackett and Hackett. Not only are we confident in recommending them, but I’m sure we will be using them again in the future.
