The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a luxury hotel within walking distance of the famous Las Vegas strip and offers some of the best views of the strip and other attractions in Vegas. The Cosmopolitan stands proud as a well-known structure of Vegas skyline. It’s an impressive looking building, and the moment you enter the lobby and see the polished marble flooring and regal-looking check-in desks you know you’re in good hands.

We experienced one of their one bedroom terrace fountain view suites. As the name suggests the suite had a terrace and it’s worth paying a little extra for this category as the terrace overlooked the Bellagio fountains. If you‘ve never experienced these fountains it’s a must see, and having your own terrace with a prime view is a pleasure.

The suite also had a deep-plunge style bath tub which also offered views over the fountains and the Las Vegas skyline. There was also a wet room and twin basins, the bathroom was very well finished and more than met our needs. We also had a separate bedroom and living area, the living area had a modern look and a very inviting and comfortable curved sofa making it a wonderful place to relax after a tiring day in the Vegas heat.

“The views from the terrace fountain view suites are simply spectacular.”

There are several restaurants within the hotel to choose from, with American, Chinese, Mexican, Greek, Spanish and Italian themed restaurant to mention a few. So all tastes are catered for, having recently enjoyed a visit to Milos in London we decided to visit the wonderful Greek restaurant Milos, alternatively if you prefer to just hang out at a bar you can stop by one of their bars and enjoy a cocktail or two.

With so many outstanding hotels to choose from you’re spoiled for choice in Vegas. The Cosmopolitan stands out as being one of the finest, and the views from the terrace fountain view suites are simply spectacular. We can’t recommend the Cosmopolitan enough, if you’re heading to Vegas, you’re not going to be disappointed with this choice.
