STK is a modern take on a steakhouse situated within the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Las Vegas. This busy restaurant plays host to impressive food, innovative cocktails and stylish atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an evening meal or a cocktail before a night out.

The busy and intimate restaurant is bustling during the evenings thanks to its trendy interior and position near The Strip. With low lighting and a long and well-stocked bar, the cocktails produced here are professionally designed and created while you watch.

“Our meal was beautifully cooked and highlighted the restaurants modern take on the traditional steakhouse.”

We enjoyed two cocktails before dinner. First, we tried a white orchid made with Absolut citrus, canton ginger and white cranberry. We also tried a Moscow Mule which was created with Russian standard vodka, ginger beer and lime. Both cocktails were beautifully presented and a refreshing start to our meal.

For my starter I ordered a butternut squash risotto, which was a refreshing new take on a traditional Italian dish. My partner also enjoyed their beets salad with goats cheese, rocket and balsamic vinegar. Both dishes were well paired with a glass of wine by the sommelier.

For my main I ordered a 10oz filet steak while my partner enjoyed a 16oz sirloin steak. We ordered three side orders to go with our dishes including creamy Yukon potatoes, mac and cheese and mushroom pot pie. Our meal was beautifully cooked and highlighted the restaurants modern take on the traditional steakhouse, including our wine pairing throughout.
