Giada is an Italian restaurant located inside The Cromwell in Vegas. Its owned by Emmy award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, and offers some of her signature dishes along with a dose of her personality. On entering the restaurant, there is a warm and welcome feeling, with soft colours and comfortable furnishings.

You are treated to impressive views over the Bellagio fountains and Ceasars Palace from the restaurant. Giada offer an interesting menu, and we had a splendid evening.

To start we had the Grilled Zucchini and Eggplant Involtini and with Scapece Vinaigrette. The involtini was delicious, it had a crisp breadcrumb coating with a little seasoning. We also had the Prosciutto di Parma Buttery, Salty and Sweet. A well-presented dish which was most enjoyable.

    An all-round enjoyable dining experience.

Next up we ordered the Spaghetti Shrimp, with Lemon and Basil. A simple but perfectly executed dish. My partner decided on the Tortellini Pea Pesto, with Pancetta and Mint. The mint combination worked very well, and didnt disappoint.

For our second course, we ordered the Salmon, which was Pan Roasted with Summer Vegetable Succotash and Whole Grain Mustard. The Salmon was superb, I enjoyed every bite. My partner ordered the Rack of Lamb, Mustard Crusted with Summer Panzanella and Puttanesca Coulis. This dish showcased several classic Italian flavours, and served as a reminder as to why we love eating Italian food. We added sides of Lemon Potatoes, both Smashed and Fried, and Sweet Corn with Spicy Sausage.

We finished a bottle of Chianti Classico Riserva, Felsina, 2009 with our meals. A Classic Italian wine that accompanies all Italian cuisine perfectly. We were really well looked after, and the food was superb. Giada Las Vegas offers an all-round enjoyable dining experience.
