Chewton Glen hotel is a privately owned luxury hotel perfectly located on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park. The hotel’s ideal location also gives guests easy access to the beach and is within easy of Christchurch. One of the most well-known hotel’s in the UK, Chewton Glen holds a new secret within its 130 acres of land.

Chewton Glen recently constructed their luxury treehouse suites in the canopy of their acres of trees. Providing the perfect getaway, the treehouse are completely separate from the outside world and help guests to relax and unwind. The exterior of the treehouses have been designed to merge with the surrounding landscape, ensuring that the accommodation doesn’t detract from the beautiful grounds of the hotel.

The interior has also been designed with nature in mind. Dressed in natural and warm colours, the interior of the treehouses invite nature inside and create a relaxing atmosphere with an air of contemporary style. The treehouses successfully combine charm and nature with all of the latest technology to create a luxurious home from home.

“The small touches that have been included made our stay even more special.”

During our visit to this spectacular hotel we stayed in a hideaway suite. This contemporary accommodation included a lounge area and a bedroom connected by a beautiful treetop walkway. The interior of our suite was warm and provided the perfect base from which to view the beautiful grounds. The lounge area included a wood burner and a private terrace from which we could enjoy the sunset. We also enjoyed our own private hot tub which was complemented with views across the trees.

The suite has its own kitchen with all of the latest in kitchen design and appliances. The small touches that have been included made our stay even more special including a jar of hot chocolate ingredients for us to enjoy during the evening.

The beautifully designed bedroom area benefits from an en suite bathroom which includes a walk in shower, stylish bath and twin sink area. This stunning and stylish design is mirrored in the toilet room which is located just off of the lounge area. To add to our special experience we were also delivered a breakfast hamper every morning.

Although the treehouses are located away from the main hotel, Chewton Glen have gone to special lengths to ensure that guests benefit from the hotel’s impressive facilities without any extra effort. Throughout the day and night the hotel provides chauffeured golf buggies that transport treehouse guests into the main hotel so that they can enjoy the facilities. However, for those who enjoy a stroll the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the treehouse area.

Inside the hotel guests can enjoy the impressive cuisine found in the Vetiver restaurant, which has previously been named as one of the top restaurants in the UK. As well as this, Chewton Glen is renowned for its spectacular spa facilities. The luxurious health spa is one of the most popular in the UK and provides spa experiences, world-class swimming and gym areas and a number of specialist spa rooms. These facilities have all been created for the purpose of providing the ultimate in relaxation for guests and visitors. The design of the spa facilities also adds to the atmosphere, with spectacular interior design and traditional spa décor.
