    Lexus LX 570 Review

    Lexus LX 570 Review

On a recent road trip we drove from LA to Carmel-by-the-Sea and had the joy of experiencing a Lexus LX 570. The LX 570 is the definition of a luxury SUV. It has all the latest technology, it looks impressive, drives impeccably, and left us wanting for nothing.

SUV’s can often look a little plain and predictable. This certainly isn’t the case with the LX 570, the exterior styling is very sleek and modern. The large grill and alloy wheels make it obvious at first glance that this is a cut-above most SUV’s. We had the metallic silver finish on the particular model we experienced, with a super black and red interior.

“It’s an obvious choice when taking a long road trip.”

The interior of the LX 570 is like a treasure trove of gadgets and features. We had the pleasure of experiencing ambient lighting, climate control, a large touch-screen GPS system, a superb sound system, and a heated steering wheel to mention just a few of the features. Our two favourite features were the temperature controlled seating and electric cool box which kept our drinks nice and chilled in the hot Californian weather.

This car can easily fit a family of seven along with a dog or two in the trunk, and there will still be some space to spare. It’s designed to keep all the family entertained too. There are rear-seat screens, DVD/CD players, and an AV input so you can hook up any of your own electronics.

The backup camera and multi-terrain monitor are nice features to help you manage this large vehicle in small space or handle it when tackling different terrains. It’s really easy to handle, if you’re new to SUV’s you can jump in and handle this car without an issue.

Taking the Lexus LX 570 on our road trip made the experience a lot more enjoyable. Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer with this car. With this level of comfort and plenty of power at the touch of the pedal, it’s an obvious choice when taking a long road trip.
