We were picked up from London Heathrow by Gerrard. Gerrard are a London based bespoke chauffeur service with a fleet of luxury vehicles. They operate in over 100 major cities around the world. This was our first time using Gerrard and we were keen to see how they stacked up against some of the other chauffeur services we have used.
Our flight was slightly delayed, however our driver had been tracking our flight number and was fully aware. He was waiting to collect our luggage as we arrived, which was most welcome. Our driver took our luggage to our Mercedes S Class waiting outside, and packed everything into the boot while we entered the car and sat back and relaxed. This is exactly what to expect from a luxury chauffeur service, and after a long flight it’s just what you need.

The Mercedes was immaculately clean throughout, and with the rear reclining seats and temperature controls we were able to fully relax and get comfortable right away. The gentle sounds of Classic FM was playing during our drive, we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing experience. We were taken into central London to the recently opened Hilton Bankside.
If you need transportation in London we recommend Gerrard Cars. It’s easy to make bookings online and we found the company to be easy to deal with. The car was clean, the driver was polite and helpful and the overall experience was very professional. There isn’t much more you can ask for from a chauffeur service, and I was very impressed with the service we received.
