Wrath - What makes you angry about the hospitality industry?
The lack of investment from the government into education for our industry. The fact that a college will financially suffer if a student drops out hinders the lecturers in doing their jobs and disciplining the students therefore not preparing them for the harsh reality of the real world.
Greed - If all your food fantasies came true what would be on your Plate?
My wife cooks a mean curry and that is tough to beat.
Sloth - What do you do to unwind?
Spend time with my family.
Pride - What are you most proud of?
My Children.
Lust - Is there anything that you are still lusting to achieve?
Build my own house.
Envy - who are you most envious of?
I’m very much a family man, so each man that spends more than a few hours a week with his family.
Gluttony - have you ever over indulged?
Yes many of times. Especially when I was a young man growing up.
