Wrath - What makes you angry about the hospitality industry?
There is nothing that makes me angry. I would love to see the skills and staff shortage fixed but that is a collective issue which we must all work to resolve. This is why I started National Waiters Day.
Greed - If all your food fantasies came true what would be on your Plate?
Everything is already on my plate. I eat top Michelin star food everyday cooked by Joo Won our head chef at Galvin at Windows and I live in one of the best cities for food right now so I can get all I want.
Sloth - What do you do to unwind?
Nothing. Or sometimes I just sit at my desk, think and create whatever I feel at the time. This always gives me tons of energy.
Pride - What are you most proud of?
My children Andrea and Matteo Lucien are the best thing I have done and the best I will ever do.
Lust - Is there anything that you are still lusting to achieve?
I do not want to achieve for the sake of achieving. I go where life takes me and when I get there I always do my best. There is so much for me to do and learn. Life is wonderful.
Envy - who are you most envious of?
I do not envy anyone. I like me and who I am.
Gluttony - have you ever over indulged?
All the time. I love food and drinks too much.
