Her simple but effective recipes are always greatly received by her huge twitter following and it is only a matter of time before we will be able to purchase a book containing all these wonderful accessible family meal recipes.
Her background in marketing and PR has been a huge help in enabling the success of daily recipes via her popular Twitter account.

Since the age of 4 Alex has been a prolific and enthusiastic cook. Her growing up was heavily influenced by her French and Scandinavian family background and these European influences are often seen in her recipes.
Alex went on to discover many innovative ideas and exciting flavours during her world-wide travels which she now uses to make unusual twists to everyday home cooking - perfect for busy families who want something a bit more exciting for their midweek meal!
Over the years Alex has cooked for family, friends and on a semi-professional basis in the French Alps. She lived and worked in Cyprus for many years, initially as a Scuba Diving Instructor, then in Public Relations for the Exclusive Annabelle Hotel. Over the years Ales has actively been working with high-profile celebrity chefs assisting in recipe development and writing.
Alex lives in Kent and with her family and chocolate Labrador Rufus.

Wrath - What makes you angry about the hospitality industry?
Bad Service and rudeness! I have worked in everything from Chalets to 5 star restaurants and was very aware that I was there as the 'face' of the Establishment, so now I feel pretty let down if I am dealt with anything other than courtesy...
Greed - If all your food fantasies came true what would be on your Plate?
The one time I let greed take over, is when I am presented with a perfect Afternoon Tea. I adore the theatre of it all, the huge linen covered trays, cake stands, tiny pots of jam and butter and the cornucopia of delicious food laid out in front of me - I always try to eat the lot!
Sloth - What do you do to unwind?
I walk my Chocolate Lab, Rufus. I live in the middle of the Kent countryside and can put on my Wellies and disappear for hours across the fields... It's peaceful and a great way to de stress...
Pride - What are you most proud of?
My Son. Enough said
Lust - Is there anything that you are still lusting to achieve?
Of course! Wanting to achieve more keeps life interesting! So many places to go, so little time to see them and all that ...and the ridiculous idea of diving with Great Whites in a shark cage...
Envy - who are you most envious of?
I don't waste my time on Envy. As Socrates said "Envy is the ulcer of the soul".
Gluttony - have you ever over indulged?
Yes - See "greed"..!
