    It’s soon to be that time of year again. Dry January was more than just reducing your article intake, it also probably left your wallet suffering of starvation and looking a bit thin. Well, come February the day when you celebrate each other’s relationship it just around the corner and right after payday. If you didn’t impress your other half enough during the Christmas period, there’s still time to make for it and what better way to make up for it then through a nice meal for two in a choice of London’s top restaurants.     Ella Canta, Park Lane


    For a bit of flavour and Mexican spice, why not try the Mexican restaurant of Ella Canta based on Park Lane. The dishes are presented to perfection and have a succulent choice of dishes to choose from. Martha Ortiz, the restaurants’ chef loves to provide stories of beauty and love through her dishes making it the ideal place to ‘woo’ your valentine. Some of the dishes include roasted fennel and leek accompanied by almond mole and caviar, shrimps, beef cheek with tomatillo and even chocolate and ice cream for dessert. The food is also complimented with a live DJ that plays every Friday and Saturday.

    Covent Garden alone is known as a great spot for restaurants and social spaces so if you’re looking for a spot to enjoy flowing drinks and great cuisine, look no further than Frenchie. It's a modern French brasserie where you can indulge in champagne and canapés before getting your mouth into scallops Huntsham Court Farm sirloin and champagne shallots to name a few. For around £90pp, you can’t really go wrong.


    Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Mayfair


    If you really want to show your valentine just how much you’re attracted to them, Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill is perfect for your aphrodisiac setting. It provides both style and substance for the ideal romantic atmosphere. The seafood speciality it provides can be sure to satisfy the palate with the likes of pan seared scallops, crisp cheeks on monkfish and lasagna of lobster just some of the choices available on its Valentine's menu.


    Duke’s London, St. James


    For excellence in British cuisine look no further than DUKES LONDON. There’s a vast selection of meals to choose from each with a luxury appearance to it. The place even makes ‘Eggs & Soldiers’ look and taste like a high-end dish. Some English classics included on the menu are fillet of beef with ox cheek or Loch Duart gin cured salmon. Then, for dessert the both of you can tuck into dark chocolate and strawberries to share. The restaurant also offers packages which allow you to stay overnight for a romantic stay over.


    London is a city that caters to all, with a multi-cultural atmosphere that offers plenty to choose from.
