    Knott's Scary Farm Review

    Knott's Scary Farm Review

Knotts Scary Farm is the largest and most impressive Halloween experience to be had in California. With its endless mazes, scare zones, surprises and interactive experiences, this is an experience not to miss. If you’re looking for ghouls, monsters and other scary Halloween themed characters, this is where it’s all packed in. It’s so scary in fact that the park recommends that it’s not for children under 13, but that doesn’t mean adults won’t have a fright.

As the evening draws in visitors are given access to all the usual theme park rides in the dark, and there are some additional Halloween themed rides, mazes, and experiences. There are loads of characters dressed in fancy dress roaming around the park, and you just never know when they will jump out and scare you.

“Knotts Scary Farm is a ghoulish journey packed with surprises and frightful experiences.”

Some of the highlights for us was the Gunslinger’s Cave, a wonderfully designed walk through maze with the theme of werewolves running around and being hunted by gunslingers with silver bullets. Pinocchio Unstrung was another memorable attraction and takes you through a different take on the story of Pinocchio. I don’t want to ruin too much of this one for you, but there are some scary twists so be prepared.

The amount of effort that goes into turning this theme park into a Halloween wonderland is simply stunning. If being scared out of your skin isn’t high on your list of priorities, there are musical performances, stage shows, and all kinds of other smaller attractions. Knotts Scary Farm is a ghoulish journey packed with surprises and frightful experiences. The overall experience was a memorable one, I don’t know what we will be doing for our next Halloween but it’s going to be hard to top this.
