Caroline Fleming has a huge following as a model, TV presenter, reality TV star, lifestyle guru and business woman. She is one of the leading stars of the reality TV show Ladies of London, which has been shown in 22 countries.
Her role in the series is very much the home-maker in the kitchen, and is a lifestyle mentor for many of her fans.
She has also recently developed her own kitchenware range. When working as a model, Caroline realized that the better she ate, the better her complexion was, the higher her energy levels were and the better she felt overall.
A mother of three, she is the author of Cook Yourself Happy and in it she shares her family recipes so you too can cook and be happy the Danish way. |

On my plate - raw organic fresh almonds massaged in raw organic almond oil with a little sea salt and fresh oscietra caviar - and my father sitting by my side, and Louis Armstrong playing what a wonderful world in the background.
Sloth - What do you do to unwind?
I breathe to unwind... I allow myself some time, undisturbed, to just breathe, gently, comfortably, occasionally combing my breathing with some gentle yoga.
Pride - What are you most proud of?
Lust - Is there anything that you are still lusting to achieve?
Yes, I dream of writing a book that can physically be put into practice and heal the world - dreaming is good, in this remarkable world filled with remarkable people, if I could write the recipe to perfect health and happiness - that would be beyond a list and dream
Envy - who are you most envious of?
I don't know what that feels like, I am happy to be who I am, I take my life as it come, in good and bad...I try to navigate my way with my heart and use my head as the pillar it is - and I deeply wish the best for everyone and our planet, all in the name of love.
Yes I over indulge - I think I overindulge every day - I never kiss once but dozens of times, I hug like there's no tomorrow - I may be relatively petit, but my tummy and its eyes are enormous and I will continue till I cannot fit an inzy winzy bit more in, I breathe for many seconds more than I think I can, I stay much longer in the shower than time allows, I stay up much later than sense tells me to, indulging to me is enjoying and living life to the full / which I try to do, every single day of every week of every month, even in tough moments, there is so much to be enjoyed, love, light, energy, health, ingredients.
