    The Sub by Heineken

    9 November, 2017

The Heineken Sub is a refrigerated beer pump that makes home lager consumption all the better. This at-home draught beer machine offers a fantastic talking point for parties. In design, it looks slick and impressive, which is not surprising, having been designed by Marc Newson - an Industrial Designer who has worked across a number of top brands.

Operation of the Sub is simple, all you need to do is insert the canister of lager, or 'Torp', as it's known, and the machine will do the rest; chilling it to be ready to pour at two degrees. The Sub is mains powered to ensure that the lager is kept at the optimum temperature and the Torp is pressurised, to allow for it to pour correctly whenever you fancy a pint.

"The Sub really will make you the envy of all your friends."

You can buy the Torps online and each one holds two litres, or eight glasses of beer. Once opened, they keep for around 15 days. And it's not just Heineken lager that you can enjoy with the sub. You can also buy Torps of Birra Moretti, Tiger Beer, Desperados, Sol and Affligem, to name a few. On the website you can also purchase branded glasses, which really add to the authentic pub experience.

We love this product and not just for the home, we can see it also being a great addition to an office for Friday afternoon, or after work drinks; offering a great morale booster for hard workers. It's also the perfect "man cave" accessory and we've had many compliments on ours since we have added it into our office space. We thoroughly recommend that all keen beer enthusiasts take a further look into this product.

Not only does it provide a cost effective way to enjoy beer properly, but it also offers a fantastic talking point and addition to any home or office space. The Sub really will make you the envy of all your friends.
